Donation Networks require schools, Teachers and qualified non profits, home schools to register before having access to resources from our Centers. Presently, we have centers in Manchester and Berlin.   Hundreds of agencies and residents attest to the value they receive by coming to a resource center such as this. Donation Networks works to keep quality merchandise in stock and available to eligible entities, no matter what their individual mission may be. By saving money on resources nonprofits would have more to spend on the vital mission of their organization.

POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

To serve our members better, here are our policies and additional information.  We reserve the right to modify any of the policies when such need arises.
 Who Qualifies?
 ·                Full-time classroom teachers, guidance counselors, and school psychologists and other full-time personnel who provide direct instruction to students all day, every day, and who teach at eligible schools may shop at Donation Networks. If you have a question about a position not listed here, please contact us at 603-624-6102. Donation Networks needs to be updated if there are any changes (additions, replacements or deletions) to your school's staff list throughout the entire school year.  Personnel not listed on their school's staff list will not be able to shop until Donation Networks receives an update from the school.   An update on school letterhead containing the full name, position/job title, and grade/subject taught by the new employee can be made by mailed, emailed or faxed to 603-623-0014.
·                Full time and Part Time regular staff of non profits and churches can shop at our Centers.

Who Does Not Qualify?
At this time assistant teachers, part time teachers, administrative staff, custodial staff, bus drivers, interns, substitutes, day care providers, after School Program are ineligible to shop with Donation Networks.
Special Considerations
After school programs may be eligible to register to shop for office supplies only. Please contact us for details.
Monthly Shopping Program
Each full-time instructional teacher from schools in New Hampshire that have 70% or more of their students qualifying for free or reduced lunch can shop once a month. Check with your principal to see if your school is registered.
One Representative Program
All full-time instructional teachers at schools in New Hampshire that do not have 70% or more of their students qualifying for free or reduced lunch can send one school representative to shop up to four times during the month. Check with your principal to see if your school is registered.
Home School Program
Parents shop once a week.
Non Profit Organizations
Employees of registered non profit organizations and churches are allowed to shop at our Centers once a week. Valid Donation Networks IDs must be presented.

Shopping Policies

  • Shopping companions or children are not permitted in the resource center during shopping due to safety and overcrowding concerns.
  • All shoppers must check in at the front desk and show a photo ID each time they shop. An employee photo ID or driver's license is accepted. Thank you notes help keep our shelves stocked with supplies and let our donors hear from you and your students. Teachers are strongly urged to complete the "homework assignment."
  • Shoppers must respect what is free and observe posted limits on products to ensure adequate supplies for all shoppers. Items designated as "no limit" should be restricted to quantities that will meet the needs of the classroom.
  • Each shopper must complete and sign the check-out form indicating that all items are for school/institute’s use only. Items of significant value, such as audio-visual equipment, furniture, computers, etc., become school property and are non-transferable.
  • By signing the pledge on the check-out sheet, you are agreeing to use all the items in your classroom for the benefit of your students or institution’s programs.
  • All shoppers are limited to one basket per shopping trip.  You may be as creative as you can be about filling it up, but all items picked must fit into one basket.
  • Donation Networks does its best to monitor the type and appropriateness of product placed in the Center. However, due to the amount of product being distributed, we ask that teachers please monitor all products before being distributed to students or placed in their classrooms.
  • Our mission is to provide your students and classrooms with the tools necessary for success. Items from the Resource Center may not be returned, exchanged, sold or taken for personal use. Abuse of this system will result in revocation of shopping privileges.
